Eaglespirit carries himself with pride. His head is always raised, and his face projects confidence. For some, he may seem intimidating. He walks in a royal manner. As he walks, he has a habit of looking around, as if surveying those around him. Despite his serious manner, he is almost always smiling. No matter what his body is doing his tail is always in motion.
Of him and his 2 siblings, Eaglespirit is the largest. Not necessarily just in height, but in other features as well. His face is wide and round, but still well proportioned. Matching his face, wide ears sit on his head. Underneath, bright amber -leaning towards gold - pop out from his brown tabby fur. Between his eyes is a soft pink nose. Long, pale-white whiskers protrude from the sides of his muzzle, ears, and above his eyes.
Long, thick fur surrounds his neck and chest, giving him a sort of mane. This fur thins out towards his shoulders, turning into silky, medium length fur that covers the rest of his body, except for his tail. His tail takes on the same thickness and length as his 'mane' .His shoulders are wide-set, and lead out to a well muscled body. His legs are stocky, and are capped with large, heavy paws.
These qualities, paired with his fur, are all well-defined and give him an overall royal appearance. Almost like that of a lion. His pelt is a soft brown with dark brown, almost black, tabby markings. Patches of orange cover his paws, muzzle and underbelly. Along with the orange, he has a small white are on his underbelly. His paw-pads are a dusky brown, with a few spots of pink.
[ proud ]
Eaglespirit loves who he is, and what he has made of himself. He thinks it is fine to be proud of yourself and the things that you have accomplished. Even so, he doesn't go around boasting about them. Unlike others who have too much pride, he wants to help others better themselves using his experiences. In another sense, whenever he does something he has been striving to do, he will feel a sense of pride. More often than not, he will be modest and just keep his happiness to himself.
[ amicable ]
Unlike most warriors in Shadowclan, Eaglespirit prefers peace over fighting. He would rather solve things without having any sort of damage. However, his temper sometimes gets the best of him, and he may fight without thinking. Since he was a kit, Eaglespirit has always loved helping out and making new friends. Whenever someone needed something done, he would jump up to do it, even if it wasn't fun. He simply liked knowing that he did something for someone else. Even now, he loves helping out and solving others problems.
[ honest ]
Lying is the ultimate wrong doing for Eaglespirit. He see's no reason to hide anything. To him, if its wrong, you shouldn't be doing it in the first place. Anything that would require lying is probably against the warrior code anyway, and he plans never to break it. If you need to find anything out, ask Eaglespirit. He will tell you openly. He knows sometimes the truth can hurt, rather than help, but he'd rather know the truth than a lie.
[ charming ]
Even though he doesn't know it, Eaglespirit is very charming. He has a friendly manner that can make people more willing to help him. His shy half-smile further projects this image. The way he acts in general will charm people into liking him, even though he things he is totally messing up. He usually comes across calm and steady. However, he is usually over thinking the whole conversation in his head.
[ hard-working ]
Even for the simplest tasks, Eaglespirit puts his all into it. He is usually the first up, and the last to bed. Details, even the smallest, are important to him, and he will make sure he gets everything exactly right before moving onto the next task. He will obsess over something until it's right. He doesn't want others to see him as a failure. This would be the ultimate humiliation to him. He thinks that if he's chosen to do something, then everyone expects him to do it perfectly, and he doesn't want to let them down.
Hey, I'm Eaglespirit. I was born here in Shadowclan, to a 'lovely' lady named Tigerface. She gave birth to me and my 3 littermates. There was my brother, Nightkit, and my 2 sisters, Owlkit and Foxkit. Foxkit, now Foxshadow, and Nightkit, now Nightface, still live here, in Shadowclan. However, Tigerface and Owlkit don't. I'll get to that later though.
When we were born, my mom was new to the clan. SOmething like that. I'm not quite sure. Anyway, me and my littermates were treated just like any other kits in the clan. We ran around listening to stories from the elders. And bugging warriors. Begging to be taught from the apprentices... Man, were we stupid. It went by so fast, I don't remember much. After what felt like only a few moons, we were already apprentices.
Too bad out mom left. She took Owlkit with her. Well, she chose to go. She gave us the option. Ya know, Me, Nightkit, and Foxkit. Though we were 'paws' by then. We all said no. I missed her. For a while after. It never was the same. All the stares. Me and my littermates were the weird ones. The pitied ones. It made me mad for a long time, but eventually the stared faded, and we were accepted like before.
My mentor was Gingerface. Pretty little she-cat. We got pretty close, I guess. We were good friends. Mainly because she was my mentor. I'm not sure we would've ever talked if she hadn't been. She was always really quiet around the Clan. Kept to herself.
Doesn't really matter though. She died in some sort of batter a few moons after I was made a warrior. I was pretty devastated for a while. I mean, she was my mentor. Honestly, I'm glad we weren't close. It would've been a lot harder.
Before she died, when I was still an apprentice, I was pretty well known. Not that I'm not anymore. It's just when it started. Me and my brother, Nightshade, were the best apprentices in the clan. My sister, Foxshadow..... not so much. She was always sneaking out of camp, and not trying very hard. For a long time I was confused. I wanted to help her, but I didn't know how. Eventually we lost all connection. I learned to resent her.
Me and Nightshade became warriors at the same time. We were so advanced, we became warriors before a few apprentices that were older than use. That got us a lot of hate. More admiration though. Jealousy no matter what. Foxshadow became a warrior a few moons after. She may not know it, but I always kept track of her. And protected her in any way I could. We may have grown apart, but she was my sister.
Eventually, she tried to reconnect with me or something. I turned all of her attempts down though. She thought she could just walk in and out of my life. She was wrong. There was no reason for her to cut me out in the first place, so it's not my fault.
I'll always love her though.
Maybe.
Just maybe.
Forgive her someday.
Anyway. Let's move onto something happier.
One day, when I was a new warrior, I met this gal, Poppyfeather. She was the most gorgeous she cat ever. Eventually we became close. We were just friends for a long time. I kept my feelings from her for moons. One day, though, I just told her. I'm not sure how, or why, but I did. Turns out I was stupid. She'd known all along and was just waiting for me.
Actually the whole clan knew we were a 'thing'.
Except me.
